KNOWLEDGE SERIES

We at THE NOVARCH believe in empowering ourselves with the latest techniques and knowledge in the industry. Every Saturday, we have an open knowledge sharing session or a workshop to discuss and focus on a key aspect of the construction industry. We invite the leading trainers and industry experts to conduct the interactive session.

  1. Urban Farming : Workshop conducted by “Edible Roots” at the office showcasing the techniques for undertaking organic farming on terraces, balconies and small spaces.
  2. Heritage Walk at Nizamuddin Dargah conducted by INTACH.
  3. Air-conditioning : Interactive session conducted by HITACHI at their facility showcasing the latest technologies in the HVAC industry.
  4. Glass : Saint Gobain India was invited to office to conduct a knowledge session to outline the history of glass manufacturing and showcase the latest innovation in glazing technology.
  5. Steel Structures : The construction industry in India is fast moving towards steel Buildings. We are currently designing 4 commercial buildings which are PEB steel buildings. Senior design expert from EIL was invited to office to conduct a training session on designing steel buildings.
  6. Electrical Accessories: Interactive session conducted by GM at their experience center.
  7. Hardware : Ozone conducted a session on innovative hardware technologies.
  8. Plumbing : Astral & Kohler were invited to conduct a session on plumbing techniques. Our MEP consultant was also present to impart knowledge about design consideration with regards to plumbing provisions in buildings.
  9. Lighting : Phillips India conducted a very interactive and knowledgeable session on the latest developments in the lighting sector.
  10. Flooring : Nitco India conducted a session highlighting the Terrazo flooring technique.
  11. Waterproofing : Dr.Fixit conducted a very informative session on the various types of waterproofing techniques available in the industry.
